Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in our programs.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases for courses, workshops, trainings, and events are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

As our programs involve preparation of learning materials, seat allocation, and administrative arrangements, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason including:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Personal commitments

• Failure to attend the session

 

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend the training you registered for, you may request to reschedule to a future session of the same program, subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date.

• Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in the next session.

• Each registration is eligible for one (1) reschedule only.

3. Transfer of Seat

If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer your seat to another participant by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.

The replacement participant must provide their full name and contact details for registration purposes.

 

4. Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Reschedule training dates

• Change trainers or facilitators

• Adjust the training format if necessary

Participants will be informed in advance if such changes occur.
